Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached, and accompanied by your receipt from The Steamery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email your order number and reason for return to thesteameryshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Please securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, include your receipt, and clearly write your order number and RMA number before mailing your return.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 15 business days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been completed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Any used or partially used products
· Items not in original condition or packaging
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at thesteameryshop@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please Note
· All items marked as “Sale” or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
· If your order shows as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. The Steamery is not responsible for orders once carrier delivery confirmation has been issued.
